Machine Cycle

It is also called processor cycle. It is the basic operation performed by the main logic unit of the computer which is the CPU.

The machine cycle has 3 steps :

1. Fetch
2. Decode
3. Execute
There is another step which is "Store".





Networking

Network - is a group of two or more computer systems linked together.
Packet - is the unit of data that is routed on a network.

There are different types of network :
Some are WAN, MAN, LAN, WLAN ,etc.


In data representation, data are represented as electromagnetic signals such as an electrical voltage, radiowave, etc.
